Brax, Brody and Everleigh

Last night was Trunk or Treat at our church. Brax was adamant that he go as a superhero this year, and Batman was his hero of choice. So, naturally, I found a little Robin costume for Brody and they went as a duo... Here they are in the back of the car enjoying some of their loot. (Sorry that the pictures aren't that great... the sun was so bright that I hardly got any good ones.)
Would you believe that of all of the candy that he gathered,Brax chose the goldfish and pretzels as his first treat...

Superhero poses!! (I didn't have the heart to tell him that this was more of a Spiderman pose than a Batman pose... I guess a superhero is a superhero, regardless of pose).

This is my favorite... I caught the dynamic duo in a rare moment of stillness. I believe that they're both coming off of their sugar highs. They look like they're about to fall over asleep. But, I understand. It is very tiring living the life of a superhero.

I got several more pictures of the boys with their buddies, however none of them turned out great because of the brightness of the sun. Oh well... they had a blast and that's all that matters. We're so blessed to be a part of a church that has such an amazing children's program. I love watching my boys grow up with so many buddies that share their love for the Lord.
