The crazy holiday schedule didn't allow for much time with our friends. So yesterday, we took a much-needed trip to the park to let the kiddos work off some energy, and allow us mommies to exercise our talking muscles. Between the warm weather and the ever-present smiles of the kids, it was refreshing in more ways than one. I thought that I should share some snapshots of our adventure....
Brax loves to climb. This includes the slide. He did make it almost the entire way up, unassisted. What a toddler!
I was amazed at how much the kids had evolved in their running, climbing, and jumping skills since our last big trip to the park (which was only a few months ago, by the way). They're fearless. Most of our time was spent with the ever-familiar quote, "Can you see.... (insert name of child)?"
Brax pauses to watch his friends on the slide up above....
Brax and Paisley, pausing to share some love on the dinosaur...
Brax, Ben and Drew enjoying the slide. Heather was smart, clothing her children in orange hats for quick identification.
The kids played for close to two hours. Watching Brax play with a permanent smile plastered to his face, giggles erupting here and there, is one of the most enjoyable activities I can imagine. Children have it right, don't they?

Lincoln is ready for Brax to show him how to walk, I just don't know that I am ready! Love you! Trish and Lincoln

Thanks so much for finding me!! I am so glad that we have been able to keep in touch. I had to quit MySpace, it was taking up too much of my time! I love blogging though. Your son is precious. I love the red hair!! I already added you to my friends link. Take care, Amy
