Brax, Brody and Everleigh

After three weeks of battling a cold... a second cold... and a subsequent ear infection... I think that Brax may be making the turn back to the land of the healthy. It's been very hot here, so our weekend included lots of swimming. Brax got his own little pool to put on the back deck. That's where he spent Saturday morning. Then we went to Uncle Rob and Aunt Kristin's house where Brax got to swim in a big pool for the first time. He didn't hate it, but I don't think he loved it either. Maybe "tolerated" would be the right word. He let us drag him around the pool, but was more interested in watching us play with the beach ball. Aunt Abby came over to share in the fun of Brax's pool. She refused to get in the pool with him, though. She thought that the spit-up floating in the water was a little too gross.
Here's a shot of Brax and Daddy in the pool. They make "water wings" a lot more durable than they used to. Those are some handsome guys, huh?
Brax is trying very hard to pull up on everything. Here he is manuevering himself over his Boppy.
And last, but not least, he's gotten up on his hands and knees several times this week. He rocks back and forth, but then falls back down onto his tummy. Maybe he will crawl.... but the progress is slow :) Hope you enjoy the pictures!!
