Here goes... March in a nutshell :) I have been trying all week to get this post published, starting it on Monday and (hopefully) finishing it today (Friday!). As you will see, there are many pictures, which will speak more than my words could say. So, here goes... My 3oth birthday was last Saturday and my husband planned an amazing surprise party for me. I can't even begin to brag on Josh enough, not only for this party, but also for what and who he is each and every day. I have been incredibly blessed! Thankfully my sis-in-law had her camera and was able to get a few shots from the party. I'm just a little sad that I didn't get pics of everyone... you know I am a picture person!! Of course I would have been very suspicious if Josh had wanted to take our camera to "dinner" :)

Keep in mind that this is just a random assortment of pictures, so here are a few from last week of Brody playing in the mud. ALL boy.

The week of Brax's spring break, we took a trip up to Ohio to visit Momo and Grandpa. Aunt Abby, Uncle Jared and cousin Trevi were going up for Trevi's first visit to Ohio, so we thought we would join them and make it one big happy family. It was a little (okay, a lot) crazy, but we had a great time. The kids loved the horses that live next to my parents' house and fed them and petted them throughout the week.

As usual, countless hours were spent on the jeep that my brother used to ride as a kid. The thing is still kickin' and pretty powerful!
We made a trip to see my grandparents and, as you can see, my children were unwilling to pose for a picture. They were quite tired by this point and cooperation was not in the vocabulary.
We also spent some time feeding the geese near my parents' house. The kids were a little afraid (rightfully so, I believe), and preferred to throw rocks into the water. I think that they could have done that all day long!

Last, but not least, Brax had his spring program at school. It was so cute! He didn't do much singing, but he did enjoy being up in front of the audience!

Oh wait! That wasn't the last thing! Clearly I have been working on this all week and forgot what I downloaded on Monday. These are some pictures from a day that we spent out at the farm a couple of weeks ago. These boys love to be outside! Nothing makes them happier. We rode the 4-wheeler around (all four of us at the same time :), looked for animals and stopped to climb some of daddy's tree stands. What a fun day!

The boys and Daddy on the "four-ler" (as Bro calls it). They both LOVE the four-wheeler and wait all day for their ride around the yard when daddy gets home...

Whew! I think I'm caught up! These boys are a crazy mess of fun and each day is an adventure! I have loved watching them become the best of buddies over the last weeks and months. It is a precious friendship. We'll be taking many pictures as the weather warms up and we're spending more time outside with our friends and family. It's our favorite time of the year! Hope that you and yours are enjoying life!
