Brax and Brody enjoyed many days at the park with their buddies....
My little daredevil... and little brother usually isn't far behind!

"Peek-a-boo, Mom!"

..Brax and Lincoln are usually up to a little mischief..

And when Cooper joins the plotting, there's no stopping them!

Easter started with Brax's school party and egg hunt. They each had eggs with their names written on them hidden around the "hunting area." It was a very cool concept because it make the hunt last much longer. I was very surprised when Brax correctly identified many of his classmates names. Here is Brax and one of his best buddies, Drew, before the hunting began.
Getting ready to hunt!
Brax was even kind enough to share his loot with his little brother! They're best buddies (and worst enemies :)
Brody was more interested in hunting rocks than eggs. The kids is mildly obsessed with rocks. After he realized that there were "treats" inside each egg, he stopped after finding each one and demanded that I open it so that he could eat his prize.

The boys didn't really want their pictures taken in their handsome Easter outfits, but I did attempt anyway. We had one decent family picture, but it will only upload sideways. Oh well.

We had Easter lunch at our friends, the Blankinships, house. We had a great time and the kids made an enormous mess. What a kids' table!
The end of the month brought a short visit from Josh's grandfather, Poppie. After some initial shyness, the boys warmed right up to him and were hugging and kissing him, playing basketball with him and cuddling on his lap.

Aunt Abby came over to babysit Brody while I took Brax to his first dentist appointment. He did such a great job, opening "like an alligator" for the hygenist, and scoring a Chick Hicks toothbrush at the end of his visit. While Abby was at the house, I attempted to get some pictures of the three of them together. It's a lost cause... that's all I have to say! These two were the best pictures I got before I dropped my camera and did some damage. Sad day for me!

Look at that chunky baby!!! Is she not the cutest little butterball?? We love her to pieces!!

Here are a couple of cute shots of Brody with Grace Elaine, our neighbor and good buddy. These two needed a bath after stealing (and eating) all of their big brothers' pizza. These two can put some food away~!

Brax's emotions ran high (or low, depending on how you look at it :) at the church egg hunt, so this is the only picture that I got of him that morning. Thank goodness he had the school egg hunt :)
