Brax, Brody and Everleigh

Once again, my blogging has slacked. So, this post is February in a nutshell. Josh and I just got home from a vacation to the Florida Keys with our good friends, Stew and Angie. We had such a great time! The weather was beautiful and the company was even better. What a fun couple with whom to share a vacation! The place that we stayed was unbelievable. Here we are getting ready to go to dinner one night. This is the pool that was right off of our deck...

We visited one of the few beaches in the keys. I was a little surprised to find that there aren't beaches everywhere like you would think.

This picture was taken right off of the dock by our condo. Truly, it was like a postcard.

It was so nice to get away for a few days with just my hubby and some great friends. Of course, while we were gone someone had to hold down the fort with the kids. Mimi and Papa came to run crowd control and the boys had a great time. They baked cupcakes....

And played in the snow (we got about 3 inches while we were gone!)

I don't think that they boys missed us too awful much, but I sure did miss them! Thanks to Mimi and Papa for allowing us a chance to get away.

In other February news...

We've been loving our new niece, Trevi. Isn't she such a doll? She's already much bigger than this picture shows!

And we enjoyed a few days of wonderful weather that allowed us to play with all of our outside toys. The boys are so much happier when they can run off some energy!

And Brax had his Valentine's Day party at school. It was so much fun for Brody and for me to get to spend some time with him and his class.

Brody pulled up a chair and was certain the he belonged right there with the big boys. Which hopefully means that he will be ready when he starts pre-school next year! Yeah! That's right, he got into preschool for next year. We are so excited!

So, that's a quick run-down of our February. Once again, I'll make an effort to do better about posting our pictures. Josh gifted me with some photography lessons as my Valentine's Day gift. Such an amazingly thoughtful gift from my hubby! So, once I get in the classroom, I'll be sure to post some picture progress. Hope that everyone had a wonderful February and is looking forward to March. We sure are!
