Our church Easter egg hunt was yesterday morning. Brax completely understood the process this year and his competitive spirit kicked in. We encouraged him to share, but he and his buddies "cleaned house" anyway....
Running down the hill, he took a spill... and thought it was hilarious when his basket of eggs went everywhere!

Last, but not least, one of my dearest friends from college, Emily, was in town with her kiddos and hubby and we got to spend the evening with them on Saturday. It's been way too long since we saw one another and it was so much fun to get together again. Here's my crew with Emily and her little ones, Kylie and Jackson (and little one #3 cooking in her tummy :)
Friday was my birthday and my hubby spoiled me, as usual. Abby and Jared watched the boys so that Josh and I could go out to a kidless dinner. Then we all had a little "goodbye" party for our good friend, Derek, who is moving back to Massachusetts. It was a very busy weekend, full of family and friends. We're so blessed and we thank God for all that he has done for us, especially for the sacrifice of his Son that we celebrated this weekend!
