We started Brax's birthday (on Wednesday, his actual birthday) with a picnic at the park. Almost all of his best buddies were there to join in the fun.
Later that night, we had dinner with just our little family. Obviously, Brax enjoyed his cupcake!
By Friday, we had many friends and family in town to share in the celebration with us! This is a picture of Brax and Jack Low. His mommy is my best friend, Kristy, who drove all the way down from Ohio to be with us. In addition, we had my parents, Josh's parents, and Josh's grandparents here!
Brax's big birthday celebration was on Saturday. The festitivities were held at Pump It Up- a party place with all kinds of inflatable toys that involved jousting, an obstacle course, and a very fun slide. There were well over 50 people present, and I think that the adults had more fun than the kids. Brax was not a happy camper for most of the weekend, due to some teeth, a probable virus, and some serious over-stimulation :) He did find a few smiles, however, when he dug into that cake.

The child got more toys than he could ever appreciate! Our friends and family were so kind and generous in their giving! We are so blessed by all of the people that have been a part of Brax's first year of life. Thank you all, and we love you!!!

Looks like you guys had some fun!!! Birthdays are always a big deal at our house too...it just makes it fun:)
