I know that my updates have been few and far between, but I had to post to let everyone know that I am an aunt again!!! Sweet, beautiful, perfect Trevi Dyanna arrived at 1:40 this morning after 2 hours and 40 minutes of labor (yes, that says 2, not 12). Abby's water broke at 11pm and she was holding that baby before 2am. My amazing sister did it all without drugs and her amazing little daughter, Miss Trevi, held up her end of the bargain by being perfect and healthy, even at 34 weeks. She hasn't had a single issue and is currently hanging out with her mama and daddy in their room. She weighed 5lb 4oz and was 19 inches long. Absolutely precious. I have a few pictures (well, a little more than a few), and Abby said she wouldn't mind if I posted a couple. And, if you catch the Channel 4 news tonight, she's Thursday's Baby!
Look at this girl... Does she look like she just had a baby (nonetheless in the way that I described above!) She never even got swollen. Disgusting :)

Speaking of babies, how is it possible that my baby is 15 months old?? He's certainly not much of a baby... more of a bruiser! We went for his well-baby checkup and he weighed 27 lb (82%), was 32 in (77%) and had a head circumference that was off of the chart. The kid loves to eat- anything and everything! As seen below, he loves black-eyed peas :)
He is so much fun right now! He's such a social little guy, rarely meeting a stranger! He's very verbal, saying over forty words that I can understand. He loves to run, climb up on furniture, dance, "jump", and act overly crazy with his big brother. He's flexible, he's cheerful and generally just fun to be around. Most of the time. Of course he has his moments... sometimes even his days, but he's a toddler, what do you expect?

I have a couple of pictures from Abby's baby shower that we had here last weekend. She had a wonderful turnout and I've never seen so many presents. Her best friend, Meredith, supplied the cake. Isn't it adorable?
And the guest of honor with her precious nephew :)

Momo has been here for the past week, first for the shower and then to help me out with some babysitting. Thankfully the weather was bad in Kentucky and Ohio and she got stuck here last night. Perhaps that was divine intervention since Abby went into labor at 11:00. She's sure glad that she didn't make it to Ohio only to have to turn right back around. Of course when Momo is here, sweets abound! Here are the boys and Momo decorating some Valentine cupcakes. They sure do love sweets!

We're going to have a full house this weekend! My parents will be staying with us, as well as Josh's parents who are coming to town for my nephew Caden's first birthday party! Should be lots of pictures taken. Maybe I'll get back to better blogging habits. Hope everyone's having a wonderful week. We sure are!
