The weekend was a rough one. Brax was sick again, leading us to revisit both the doctor and the breathing treatments. Thankfully, he's feeling much better now and we got to enjoy a beautiful day in the sun. Our lovely apartment complex already has a pool that is open, so we headed down there this afternoon to test the water. Brax found the hose that they were using to add water to the pool, and took it upon himself to be a little helper. He thought that playing in the stream of water was the funniest thing. I thought it was cute until he turned the frigid water on me!
Despite the very cold temperature of the water, he seemed to enjoy it. We start swim lessons next week, and it's nice to know that he won't be too fearful. The pictures below are from Brax's visit to the Allens' house a week or so ago. Mrs. Allen emailed me these great pictures of Brax playing with Ella on the trampoline. Looks like they had a blast!
Hope you enjoy the brief post. There isn't much else to report. Our house is coming right along, but I don't have any recent pictures. I'll try to get some this week!

Oh, how many hours did we spend at that very pool last summer??? You will love having it so close!
I wouldn't be up for the frigid water, but I'm glad Brax liked it. We weren't there on Sunday and it's been a couple weeks since I've seen you...hope all is well and we'll hopefully run into each other soon:)
I love that belly in the second picture! We'll have to come swim with you when the water warms up a bit more! Oh, & we're back to the doctor for Evan too but we can't figure out what's wrong yet!
